Everything We Know So Far About PSVR 2
PlayStation VR 2 should be releasing in the
next 12 months and we have learned that it is coming out soon.
Sony formally announced the PSVR 2 in
February, and we now know more about how it will run. It's certainly competing
with some of the best VR headsets on the market. The PSVR 2 has vents to
prevent overheating, a lens adjustment dial for clarity, and a single tether
for use.
Details about PSVR 2 specifications have been
shared. The design announcements are promising, with a 4K resolution at 2,000 x
2042 per eye. This is set upon an OLED HD panel that runs at 90Hz or 120Hz.
Haptic feedback and eye-tracking are also included, both of which makes
promissing features for the next PSVR.
A successor to the popul
PlayStation VR has remained well accepted over the course of the past 5 years. It started out as a relatively niche peripheral but it continued releasing games and there was a loyal fan base that grew around it. But now its supplies have decreased, so many people can't find PlayStation VR bundle stock as Sony stops selling it.

have come to expect of a $399 price for the PSVR 2 given component shortages.

2 offers a substantial upgrade in terms of per-eye resolution and field of
view, which makes it better than the previous PSVR.
PSVR
2 will be an enhanced version, meaning it's going to look better than the
original PSVR. The PSVR 2 will also track better due to in-built cameras that
allow for more accurate tracking. Plus, eye tracking will be added for the
first time, which makes for higher quality rendering or VR.
A
big and new enhancement/improvement from PSVR 2 is the DualSense controller,
which has a lot of haps in PS5 and will make its way to the new system.
